TERMS OF SERVICE – PROVIDERS
Nature of Service
Rapid Resource provides Post-Construction Coordination services by connecting construction companies with independent service providers who assist with project completion tasks such as post-construction cleaning.
Rapid Resource coordinates scheduling, communication, and project completion support between builders and providers.
Independent Contractors
Rapid Resource does not employ service providers.
Providers participating in the Rapid Resource network operate as independent contractors and remain fully responsible for:
• their work practices
• safety procedures
• equipment
• compliance with laws and regulations
Participation in the Rapid Resource network does not create an employment relationship.
Eligibility Requirements
Providers participating in the Rapid Resource network must maintain:
• liability insurance
• any necessary certifications applicable to their work
• reliable transportation
• appropriate equipment and tools
Rapid Resource may periodically request updated proof of insurance or documentation to maintain eligibility within the provider network.
Payment / Compensation
Providers receive payment directly from clients for services performed.
Upon agreement of work, providers authorize Rapid Resource to charge a Network / Coordination Fee of up to 10% using the provider’s stored payment method.
The exact percentage is disclosed and agreed upon prior to project start.
Rapid Resource may charge this fee within 7–10 business days after project completion.
Rapid Resource is not responsible for payment disputes between providers and clients.
Non-Circumvention
Providers may not accept work directly from clients introduced through Rapid Resource outside of the Rapid Resource coordination process for 12 months following the end of the relationship.
Attempts to bypass Rapid Resource may result in a circumvention fee equal to the estimated project value.
Project Conditions & Delays
Rapid Resource is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or scheduling changes initiated by either party.
Rapid Resource is not liable for interruptions caused by:
• severe weather
• natural disasters
• unsafe jobsite conditions
• government restrictions
• labor disputes
• construction delays
• other events beyond reasonable control.
Site Safety & Liability
Providers are responsible for evaluating jobsite safety before performing work.
Rapid Resource does not control construction sites and is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during provider services.
Providers accept responsibility for complying with workplace safety standards.
Standards of Conduct
Providers must:
• maintain professional communication
• perform services to agreed standards
• arrive on time and prepared for scheduled projects
Rapid Resource reserves the right to remove providers from the network for repeated poor performance or conduct issues.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Rapid Resource network at any time.
Non-circumvention clauses remain in effect after termination.
Modifications
Rapid Resource may update these Terms of Service periodically.
Continued participation in the network constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Provider information may be used to:

• process Network / Coordination Fees
• communicate project updates
Confidentiality
Provider information is not publicly shared and is only disclosed to clients to the extent necessary for project coordination and payment.
Data Security
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect provider information. However, no system can guarantee complete security.
